OFFICIALS AT CHESTER HOSPITAL FACE MANSLAUGHTER CHARGES

A grand jury has indicted several executives from Chester Hospital on charges of manslaughter. The indictments stem from a cascade of incidents that resulted in the deaths of five patients last month.
